We know how important it is for you get back to work. And we understand how stressful the wait for this assessment has been. So we will strive to complete the assessment and complete the report within 14-days from your booking date.

The assessment consists of;
 

• An eyesight test (read a number plate from 20 metres

​

• A physical (assessing range of motion, strength, co-ordination)

​

• A cognitive (if required depending on reason for the assessment)

​

• The drive (will last around 45-minutes and will assess you on different road types)

​

The drive can be conducted in your own vehicle or ours (at an extra cost). If conducted in your own vehicle, you will be required to provide proof of insurance.

Our Assessor, Michael Gambin, is the only assessor living within London with the DipHE 'Driving Assessment and Outdoor Mobility' qualification required. And he has conducted these assessments for TfL since 2020.
