  • The assessment has already taken place

 

2. Consultancy Services

 

Refunds may be requested within 72 hours of the time the service is requested (i.e., the time of booking or purchase), provided that:

  • No consultancy work has begun

  • No preparatory work has been carried out

Non‑Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be issued when:

  • The service has already been delivered

  • The request is made outside the applicable windows mentioned in the sections 1 and 2 above.

  • The service was delivered with reasonable care and skill
